cdrtools (formerly known as cdrecord) is an open source CD/DVD authoring program. Features include, but not limited to:
- support for creating audio CDs
- support for creating data CDs
- support for creating mixed CDs (audio and data)
- support for burning CD-R and CD-RW
- support for multi-session discs
- Track-at-Once
- Disc-at-Once
cdrtools has been forked as DVD-R Tools.
