The Dr. Elhanan Borenstein Laboratory is where I have been working since August 2012. It is located in the Department of Genome Sciences at the University of Washington, Seattle, USA.
Research
I am conducting scientific research on:
- the collection and organization of metagenomic datasets and the assembly of an analysis pipeline for metagenomic data; and
- the analysis of the gut microbiome of children with cystic fibrosis (CF) using computational gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) and other methods aimed to improve identification of enriched functions.
Note: All research was done in Linux and mainly programmed in Python.
