Critical Assessment of PRotein Interactions
From Christoph's Personal Wiki
Critical Assessment of PRotein Interactions (or CAPRI) is a community wide experiment on the comparative evaluation of protein-protein docking for structure prediction. It is hosted by the EMBL/EBI-MSD Group.
I was a participant of "Round 6" (17-Jan-2005) and "Round 7" (29-May-2005) of these experiments or events. Our group presented the "SmoothDock Server".
