Electronics is one of my favourite hobbies.
Transistors
In general, transistors can be classified into two categories:
- Field Effect Transistor (FET)
- Junction FET (JFET)
- Metal Oxide Semiconductor FET (MOSFET)
- Bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT)
